C.A.S.S. EXCLUSIVES - MARINE VINYL

We use commercial grade Marine Vinyl to create our Table Mats, Sanitary Area Mats, and Pillows, for strength, durability and beautiful colours.

Marine Vinyl is most commonly used for, you guessed it, boats! Therefore it is manufactured to be durable all year round, in any kind of weather.

The Marine Vinyl we use is anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-fungal. 

This means it's extremely resistant to that gross pink or black 'mold'. It's been made for lasting wearability, fire resistance, and won't crack in freezing temperatures or fade in the sun, so being used inside it will last for years and years!

We use commercial grade Upholstery Thread for the same reasons.

We have a Table Mat that's been in daily use for over two years and it still looks as great as it did from the date of purchase!

• Cold Crack: -10 F

• Pink Stain Resistant: Pass (ASTM E1428)

• Mildew Resistant: Pass (ASTM G-21)

• Anti-Bacterial/Anti-Microbial: Pass (AATCC 147)

• QUV-B Stabilized Pigments: 500 Hours Minimum

• Flammability Requirements: CA117, UFAC Class 1, MVSS302, BIFMA Class A
