RETURNS

Thank you and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

*NEW - Due to credit card company policy changes in 2023, there will be an 11% processing fee deduction on any purchase made by credit card.

Orders paid by PayPal or e-transfer will be subject to a 6% processing fee. 

All returns must be postmarked or brought back to the pickup location within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Some exceptions may apply at the discretion of Cascadia Academy of Skin Sciences Ltd. (C.A.S.S.), owners, employees, or managers thereof.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@cascadiaskin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form, and mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise notified. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7 )days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

 - Wax that has been opened and used.

 -Any supplies or equipment that have not been found or deemed to be defective. Judgement will be at the discretion of Cascadia Academy of Skin Sciences Ltd. (C.A.S.S.), owners, employees, or managers thereof.

*For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

 - All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
